Just in the past month, I've had several USPS packages lost, mis-delivered, or delayed for several days- - - -even though their online package tracking system keeps insisting "package delivered"! That doesn't count the empty boxes I receive with "shipping damage"- - - -no merchandise, just a destroyed box! Does anyone else remember the American Tourister luggage ad from a few years ago where the gorilla couldn't destroy the suitcase? He's got a public service job these days- - - - -working for the USPS!
