Maybe the easiest way is to use a nut splitter. Link

I used to cut nuts off bolts with a cutting torch without damaging the bolt, but you wouldn't care about damaging the bolts. With the potential for oil and grease in the neighborhood you might not want to try that, or be REAL careful.
