Like koolkar says, whack the part on the side where the stud goes through. Be sure to thread the castle nut on the stud several threads but not all the way down.Just enough to cover the end of the stud to protect the threads if you happen to miss with the hammer eek (like pet-meds,,,saves time and money grin )
