I'm still having trouble getting my brakes working correctly. Joe sent me some brass washers to seal between the real wheel cylinder block and the wheel cylinder. I have replaced all of the brake lines and either rebuilt or replaced all the wheel cylinders. The master cylinder was new a couple of years ago. After bleeding the brakes at least 4 times I was finally getting about 1/4 peddle on the first pump however I'm finding that this is not dependable and sometimes I have no peddle until the 2nd pump. In the bleeding process I started at the back driver's side and worked towards the wheel closest to the master cylinder. I'm wondering whether the master cylinder is bad or maybe I just have trapped air that is hard to remove. Any suggestions?
