What I would do is get the later dual rear shackle setup and use that. The reinforcements for the cab floor are available aftermarket for the later cabs and I'm sure someone has a set of rear cab shackles laying around they'd be willing to sell/gift you. They could be fabricated from measurements if push came to shove, but there are enough around to avoid having to do that.When I set my cab on the frame, I used a couple of pieces of 1x3 board and it worked our exactly for the 3/4" distance from top of frame to cab floor. I'm sure someone would be willing to measure bolt hole locations for you.
