The reinforcements for the cab floor are available aftermarket for the later cabs and I'm sure someone has a set of rear cab shackles laying around they'd be willing to sell/gift you. They could be fabricated from measurements if push came to shove, but there are enough around to avoid having to do that.When I set my cab on the frame, I used a couple of pieces of 1x3 board and it worked our exactly for the 3/4" distance from top of frame to cab floor. I'm sure someone would be willing to measure bolt hole locations for you.
