The glitch is known by the software guys and will be corrected eventually. You can ignore the error code and go back to the forum home page by clicking on the URL display a the top of the page (should say "https://www.stovebolt.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php"), and then use the "active threads" selection to see if your post is at the top of the list.
