Specs callout for 9/32 inch ( .28 inches) shoe lining thickness. At what point should they be replaced? I have specs from of .207, .230 on RR, rear pad and .222 to .230 on the RR front pad. The LR is .234 to .277 rear pad and .227 to .257 on front of LR set.
Trying to resolve a spongy pedal after several bleedings and don't mind having them rebonded to correct specs. Drums are great shape.
