1938 was the last year for the louvers on the hood sides. Also, the book lists the 38 T15 and T155 as ¾ ton. The T15 came out in 1930 as a ¾ ton. In 31 or 32 they reclassified it as a 1 ton. 1933 was the last year for the T15 until 1938 when they reintroduce it as a 1 ton along with the T155 1 ¼ ton.
I recheck the engine spec. and it is a Pontiac 223, H.P.: 81 @ 3400
