I searched and searched for that same answer for my Chevy AD gauges. No one had the code.
I put in modern electronic pods for the engine monitoring. I changed out the speedo pod to a 90mph and finally took that face to the paint shop and they matched it for a very close to factory.

My suggestion is do you have a good original color spot somewhere that they can use to match and put it into a rattle can. Some need a couple of inches to use the camera, but some skilled mixologists can get it from a very small spot....including any metallic properties. Sadly my pro retired at the beginning of covid.
