Those two wires go to the voltage regulator which you will no longer be using. Remove those wires.
Your alternator needs a 10 gauge wire coming from the ammeter. This goes to alternator lead which has the 10mm nut on it.
Any other wires required for your alternator will depend on which alternator you have.
