A couple of thoughts. One...that area is often made with two layers of metal and they usually don't extend all the way down. By that I mean there is an exterior layer and about 1/2 inch spaced apart there is an interior layer. The interior layer normally stops below where the top of the seat is. If you have this double-wall construction you can not easily hammer/dolly these dents until you get to the area where it becomes a single wall affair. For those in the double-wall area you can fill with body filler, prime and paint. Two...For those dents below (in the single wall area), I'd remove the rear window and hammer/dolly. Either way with metal as thick as you have it won't be easy to repair these without using some filler and repainting. Good luck!
