There are 3 left side rear fenders for the 55-59 step side trucks;
Standard - no spare cutout.
Short bed - with cutout for the spare.
Long bed - with cutout for the spare.
All three fenders are the same physical size. The difference between the two spare tire fenders is the size of the tire pocket (long bed is smaller then the short bed).
