It's funny you say that. I had considered cross cutting them with a cutoff wheel and going that route. What I did was drill them out progressively and finished them off with a grinding rock. Then punching them through. It was one of those "just get it done" days. Not a lot of thought. Ear plugs and face shield are SOP.
