Thanks alot, Luke, for your support. Actually, the hardwood in the bedroom is beautiful, does not need refinishing. The hallway is questionable, but I am leaving the decision to the favorite son. Big stinking family room does not have the hardwood. I am going with vinyl for that and the bathroom.
