i saw a great homebilt press made from the frame rains of an allis chalmers tractor. the holes where the frame bolts to the differential were welded to plates, and the guy used a 20 ton jack. it was big enuff to press axle bearings, or just about anything else. he had 40 bucks in it. guess i could sketch it out and send it to you.
