Bill: I have seen that pic before. Do you mind sharing what kind of accident it was? The damage kind of looks like a rollover?
I was turning right into a county recycle center at 5-10 mph with my turn signal on. The 90's Taurus came up behind me at about 45 mph and said he didn't see me until he was right behind me. For some reason he tried to duck around me on the right (which was where I was going) and the "wedge" front end ended up going under my truck between the right rear tire and the front of my cab. Flipped me over onto the driver's door and then I came to a stop roof down.
It was hard to get the belt latch to release with my almost 300 pound body hanging in the 3 point belt. Keys fell out of the still on ignition switch but engine died (upside down carb doesn't work well). Top of the steering wheel was bent about 1/2 way down to the dash.
Picture below was after the Fire Department had finished foaming the truck because the gas tank was leaking badly. Luckily, I had moved the tank to behind the rear axle.
