When you say it won't download ... what do you mean? I see that Grammarly is a cloud-based AI "founded in Ukraine and headquartered in San Francisco" (should tell you a lot right there ...) ... You're trying to download a new version of it to install on your machine and it won't download from the cloud? How old is your operating system? When was the last time you updated *that* ?
Do they have a means of contacting Customer Service? That's where I would start.
