I made my own for my 49 3600. Did not take long at all, and its still holding strong after two years anyway. Just some angle iron, some 1.5x1.5 square tubing and I used an old wheel spacer from a dually and welded some wheel studs through there, just to save some time on the bolt pattern (and you have a couple spare lugnuts on hand).
That said I'm having an aluminum workbox cut down to fit right now and the tire may be in the way, so I may yet relocate the spare underneath which I don't really like, but... we shall see
