An M-II under a COE sounds like you're sending a boy to do a man's job. Wouldn't it be better to start out with a bolt-in front crossmember, springs, and upper and lower control arms from a mid-1980s C20 or something similar? At least you'll have a suspension system designed for an almost full grown truck- - - -not a subcompact car. The spindles, hubs, and brakes will also be designed for truck use, not for some girly car.
