Yes and no, the 800 sanding is a loss of paint but I like it in that it is still the original finish and does not have that neglected (dull faded oxidized) look and still shouts original, to me it’s what a good coat of wax might do, and not a clearcoat. Love to judge it in person….does it offer good UV protection from further degradation?
