| | | | Joined: Apr 2009 Posts: 181 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2009 Posts: 181 | The rear half of the driveshaft in my 55 GMC 630 was removed when I acquired it, but came with it. I'm cleaning up and repacking the disassembled u-joint. The locking tab plates are marked "USE OIL". I'm accustomed to greasing u-joints, not oiling them. What am I missing?
