Look a little closer- - - -there's a second hole in the crankcase, below that one, behind the draft tube. The sheet metal baffle plate that keeps the oil from splashing off the crankshaft into the draft tube is missing. The baffle plate is threaded, and there are two "stove bolts" that attach it! Drop the oil pan and scavenge up the right part to install.
