Jay R, Can you be more specific about what pump you are trying to repair??? It sounds like you just want to fix the fuel pump side of a combination fuel/vacuum pump like the one pictured below??? Chevs of the 40s sells complete kits
like this one for 1937-51 dual pumps. Please provide more details on the pump you have so others can provide better answers on if they both use the same fuel pump components or not.
