This rang a bell for me. We have a good Tech Tip, Calculating RPM, axle ratios & tire size, and in there at the bottom of the page, it gives a link to THIS WEBSITE: "Welcome to OnlineConversion.com." That is a interactive page where you can plug in numbers.
