The Printer may be concerned with 'civil liability here in the USA, or the possible criminal charges.
What you (S-55) propose is a great idea and well intentioned I'm sure.
However; the possibility of abuse is there and I would get legal advice before you proceed further.
Some one was making these for early (37-40) passenger cars a while back and was asked to "cease & desist" as I recall.
