pickupsrule, Your window regulator is definitely not from a 1967-72 Chevy pickup when compared to a known original unit. Different style/design and I couldn't find anything on the web that showed Chevy used a square handle window crank drive during that time period.
Best guess is you have something from another brand. Sorry can't be more help.
