A Chip Wagon is a Truck [ Milk Truck ] like yours that sells Burgers, Fish & Fries [Chips],Hot Dogs, Soda Pop Etc. These chip wagons can be found in a lot of towns parked on the side of the road or some have a semi permanent spot with some picnic tables set up around it. Chip Wagons are still down here in Syracuse at the University, parked outside of the Dorms- the ones up in Canada that I have been to have vinegar out to put on your Fish & Chips!
