Just my opinion, but that bracket looks like an early Flux Capacitor bracket -- front mount, before they went to the later top mount.
Irregardless, and as Devil's Adjective, I opine that this FC bracket has traveled in time too many times to be trustworthy for its original purpose.
I recommend that you box it and label it, and put it in a secure location for comparison purposes for replication in the future or in the past.
