Believe it or not, it could be your points squealing. I had never heard of such a thing, let alone encountered it but someone on this forum posted about it a year or so ago. He sent me the AV file to prove it.

After making sure your dizzy is lubed, etc, if it's still squeaking, change your points and see what happens.

I don't know if I still have the file otherwise I'd post a link for you to compare noises.
