OK. That's good to know. I can't remember now what all bulbs were tried but if It were me, I'd find the bulbs that 2MT listed above - 67 and 1073 which should fit the socket and be 12v compatible.

If they're still dim, then you'll know that the problem is with the wiring, etc.
