Anyway, back to the posters question. Now that we have discussed Otto's bolts.
The answer has been given by Phil and Otto. The terminal block has been improved.
The old block was held to the fender by push clips. The clips had a "step" or a "stop" built in to hold the board up and keep the "hot" screws from touching the fender.
The new block has a "stand off" at the screw hole on each end. (circled by Phil). It's just one of the wire terminal contacts flipped over. The standoff holds the phenolic board, and hot screws, up off the fender like the old one. New one is mounted with small bolts. Much better design. (check with Otto to see if he has any more bolts).
The best idea is to eliminate the board altogether and direct wire the lights.
