Thanks for the info on that.
A question. Would it be possible to carefully use JB weld to secure the cover when rekeying a lock? I am considering rekeying my ignition lock and/or the glove box lock to match the door. That assumes I can find the correct tumblers. Restaking the cover in place is definitely an iffy proposition, IMO.
