The short answer is no. Body "lead" is actually solder, with anywhere from 10% to 30% tin in the mix. The more tin, the better quality the filler will be. Then you'll need to spend a few years perfecting your technique at applying, smoothing and finishing the filler, and hoping you can use enough baking soda to neutralize the acid you use to prep the metal. If not. the acid will bleed through and lift the paint after a few months. Also- - - -don't use anything other than nitrocellulose lacquer over lead filler.
