Thanks ,it's when im at a complete stop is when i get the most grinding.I tried clutching and waiting just a few second's,and then grinding start's.I tried from a dead stop first going into 3rd or even 4th gear then drop down to a lower gear.The darn thing just keep grinding.For the time being as i come to a stop i'll drop from 4th to 3rd the 2nd and leave the clutch in till the light turns green to avoid the grinding.Chad
