That truck looks like it has some good bones.
As far as parts for gauges, etc. Jim Carter is a good resource. They offer rebuilt speedometers and decals to restore the gauge lettering and I believe also replacement gauges, although NOS stuff would likely be better and can sometimes be found on eBay.
