With enough time and money anything can be done. It sure isn't going to b a bolt together swap. At the very least some fabricating new body mounts, steering column connections, pedal and shifter linkages. Everything else will be either a Chevrolet part or International? part. Also might have core support issues I'm sure the International has a much larger radiator. Front axle width, make sure the tires will fit under the Chevrolet fenders, and the engine under the Chevrolet hood.
