Manifold-to-head gasket is likely sucking air. Use an UNLIT propane torch around that area to find it.
I you want to know what to listen for, place the UNLIT propane torch above the carburetor momentarily. This should increase the RPM similar to what will happen when you put the UNLIT torch near a manifold vacuum leak.
