Just do what Mr. GM did back in 1960, Use THIS or eqivalent. The relay is marked 1, 2 and 3

1 to horn hot terminal
2 up thru column to horn contact
3 to battery

Mount on inner fender on bare metal for the mounting bracket. Horn body needs to be grounded also.
