Nothing will fit exactly and will need massaging. The FAM has a whole set of measurements of the cab that should be referred to.
I documented with pictures most of my repairs that included rocker panels, floor, lower portion of A pillars, inner and outer cowl,and the dreaded inner-to outer cowl piece (which needed some serious slicing and dicing to fit.

No videos though. It's way too hard to video while working on something. The "AHs" and bad language that Phil mentioned can be edited out, but doing videos and editing them would turn a 5 year project into a 10 year project, IMO.
One of these days (years?), I'll get around to putting all those photos into a Project Journal.
