Its not as bad as you might think. Aside from the huge weights your dealing with. In other words you can crush yourself and chop off fingers if your not careful. You need to decide how your going to shift it. ( vaccum or lever shifting). Remember a two speed doesn't give you a higher end it gives you a lower one. Good Luck, Stay safe!
