I’ve discovered that my 235’s oil pan has a LOT of sludge in it and I’m preparing to pull the pan, clean it out and reseal with a new oil pan gasket. While I’m in there I want to clean out the screen on the oil pickup tube. Is there a way to remove just the screen? If not, what components will I need to remove in order to ensure the pickup assembly will work properly and be clean. Thank you.
