There is a company called "Correctrac" or is it "Correctrack", and they make spacers or adapters that bolt on to existing studs and provide a second set, spaced outwards by 1.5" or 2". I am under the impression that they also make centering rings that bolt on to provide hub centering. A lot of their business is with people towing large RV trailers and using 8 lug hubs. I have a set that I am someday going to use on the rear of my truck. I am having difficulty finding their website because there appears to be an IT equipment company with the same name.
