My truck just had a grommet in there without that metal keeper screwed over it. This should be the one for your truck.
Jim Carter Part# FP102 Apparently there were different types depending on years. They show 47-49, 50-53, and 54-59. All slightly different.
It's called a 4-hole grommet. The throttle and choke cables, oil pressure tube, and temperature sensor tube run through it. Here's a pic of mine when I got the truck. Somewhat different than yours.
