Here is a possible newer "LED" round red
stud mounted clearance light that might fill at least the immediate need for functioning clearance lights???
Description does say stud mounted with wire through the hollow stud and self grounding. The price makes these a relatively inexpensive solution IMHO.
I did try and find some vintage style stud mounted clearance lights, but nothing jumped out as real close match. A few "beehive" cone style lamps, but never found more than one for sale from any source (mostly eBay) and no good descriptions to indicate diameter or other info.
