A little research returned that GM# 5285672 was the part number for 1929-62 6-cylinder engine "Packard-440" style spark plug wire sets (I found the number in my 1929-53 Master Parts Catalog and then searched GMPartswiki ) to confirm later year application.

There is an NOS set listed as Packard 446-G with the GM # stamped on the box that display the wire appearance.

Looks to be just black with the printed lettering, but can't zoom in enough to see close up details.
