I rebuilt my 3-speed last year and it is grinding 2nd to 3rd. 1st to 2nd is good and 3rd to 2nd is good. Would this be a clutch adjustment issue or synchro? There's about 1-1 ½" play in clutch pedal to *any* movement of the fork. The J-hook is almost to the end of adjustment with maybe ¼" left. The truck is a '44 with a '56 235. Not really sure where to start with this problem. TIA | | |
