You could try this:
1. Take out he parking light bulbs and see if the fuse still blows
If not, put them in one at a time to localize the fault
2. Disconnect the parking light connections, see if the fuse blows
If not, put them in one at a time to localize the fault
3. I have a 1957 pickup, one time I started to melt wires/fuses. Found out it was the metal wrapping on the speedometer cable contacting the back of the dash panel
and shorting a contact from a dash light to ground. A little obtuse, but something to check if you can't find the culprit.
