The Stovebolt Site Forums The Parking Lot Big Bolts Rear end gear oil change?

I set out to change the lube in the rear end of my 1949 4100, single speed rear end. I found the fill plug, but was unable to find a way to drain it. What am I missing? Do I have to remove the rear housing to get it drained. I'm worried about finding a replacement gasket, if I do.

Any ideas appreciated.
