My best advice would be for you to disassemble, inspect, adjust, every moving part of the entire chassis front to back. Replace all worn parts.
You will be surprised how well these trucks handle and ride once the entire suspension is restored to as-new condition.
Spring pins and bushing.
King pins.
Steering box.
Tie rods.
Drag link.
Wheel bearings.
Adjust toe in.
New tires. (I recommend radial tires.)
