If I buy another 1 wire alternator it will only get used on the run stand and then it’ll just get boxed up and lay on the shelf. I’m cheap. I already have 4 good working older alternators laying around. I need to run this engine on the run stand for a break-in. My trucks both have one wire alternators and I don’t feel like borrowing one from a running truck.
I have some voltage regulators laying around. Can I wire this alternator using one of them? Advice?
